Description

The AXEON M2 Series Commercial Reverse Osmosis System is a high capacity platform designed for commercial and light industrial applications requiring dependable salt and dissolved solids reduction. Engineered to treat well water and surface water sources, the M2 Series is well suited for brackish water conditions with total dissolved solids up to 10,000 ppm.

Available in system capacities ranging from 12,000 to 36,000 gallons per day, the AXEON M2 Series delivers efficient permeate production using a high pressure pump and low energy reverse osmosis membrane elements. This combination provides reliable performance while maintaining lower operating costs for facilities with moderate to high water demand.

Each AXEON M2 Series system is equipped with an advanced computer controller that manages system operation and protection. Standard control functions include dual TDS monitoring, low pressure monitoring with alarm, pretreatment lockout, feed flush, and tank level input. Larger system configurations also include an additional digital flow monitor for enhanced system visibility.

All M2 Series models include a motorized feed valve, permeate sample ports, and a bag filter housing equipped with a 5 micron filter bag to provide effective pretreatment and system protection. The result is a compact, efficient reverse osmosis solution designed for consistent performance in commercial brackish water applications.

A range of optional upgrades is available for the AXEON M2 Series, including permeate flush, permeate divert, variable frequency drive control, chemical injection systems, and clean in place functionality, allowing the system to be configured to meet specific site and water quality requirements.
